Program Participation

Affiliate Obligations
2.1 Promotion: As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote AffiliateSlots and direct traffic to our website using the marketing materials and tracking links provided by us. You shall not engage in any illegal, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
2.2 Compliance: You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to laws relating to online gambling, advertising, and data protection.
2.3 Prohibited Activities: You shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following activities:
a) Spamming or unsolicited email marketing;
b) Bidding on our brand terms or variations thereof in pay-per-click advertising campaigns without prior written consent;
c) Promoting AffiliateSlots on websites that contain or promote illegal or adult content, violence, discrimination, or any other objectionable material;
d) Misrepresenting our products, services, or promotions in any way.
2.4 Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and marketing materials, belong to AffiliateSlots. You may only use the provided marketing materials in accordance with our guidelines and for the purpose of promoting our brand.
Commission and Payments
3.1 Commission Structure: The commission structure and payment terms will be outlined separately in the Program's commission plan. The commission rates and payment models may be subject to change at our discretion.
3.2 Tracking and Reporting: We will provide you with access to an affiliate dashboard where you can track your referred players, commissions, and other relevant statistics. We strive to provide accurate tracking and reporting, but we shall not be held liable for any discrepancies that may arise.
3.3 Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the commission plan. Payment methods and thresholds will be specified separately.
3.4 Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions if we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, fake referrals, or any other form of unethical behavior.
Termination
4.1 Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
4.2 Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, you will lose access to the affiliate dashboard and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited, unless otherwise specified.
Miscellaneous
5.1 Modification: We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for any updates. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
5.2 Relationship: Nothing in this agreement shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the parties. You are an independent contractor and shall not represent yourself as our employee.
5.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AffiliateSlots operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
